| I am privileged to represent the 9th District’s citizens of Franklin, Floyd, and North Pittsylvania Counties in the House of Delegates of the Virginia General Assembly. Our rural district spans from west of the Blue Ridge Parkway eastward to Philpott, Leesville, and Smith Mountain lakes. Those of us who live in this scenic and economically productive region simply and proudly call it home. |
